Family Legacy Passed From Generation to Generation: Olive Oil Production
Starting its journey with the slogan "Only from Nature", the story of KÜPYAG and its owner Halil Selçuk, dates back much further.
Everything started in the 1960s, when Halil Selçuk witnessed his grandfather making olive oil in his garden using the stone mill he had built with his own hands. As a young boy, Halil Selçuk was very impressed by the transformation of olives into olive oil, and his love and interest in olive oil only increased over time.

Halil Selçuk, a career pharmacist, decided to produce high quality olive oil on a more professional and large scale, drawing from the experience he gained from his grandfather. He took steps to realize this dream by purchasing the KÜPYAG company in 1999.

And then, in the sam year, Halil Selçuk established the KÜPYAG olive oil factory in the Karacasu district of Aydın, which has fertile lands full of olive trees, and have been home to many civilizations over the course of centuries, including the 2500-year-old ancient city of Aphrodisias — a UNESCO World Heritage list. And KÜPYAG started its first commercial life under the brand of 'ALTINVADİ'.
KÜPYAG has been developing on its family heritage experience since the day it was founded, and has been supplying healthy and delicious Extra Virgin, Virgin and Organic olive oils with its brands 'ALTINVADİ', 'HUBBA', 'İLK AŞK' and ‘VIPOLIVE’, to the Turkish and World markets, for more than 20 years.
